RISE Fitness is a training facility rooted in strength and conditioning. We utilize a variety of tools and methods aimed at improving your abilities in day to day life, whether you are a young athlete or a masters person or anywhere in between.
1 on 1
As the name implies, it is you and the trainer. The workouts are completely tailored and adjusted to you and if we have to change something on the fly, no problem. With this method, we will introduce you to a variety of training methods, HIIT, barbells, body weight, etc. This is the most personable method with the most individualization.
1 on 2-3
Very similar to 1 on 1, this is you, your friend, maybe another friend, and the trainer. Some accommodations may have to be made to fit into equipment and time constraints, but this method still offers a high level of personalization..
Small Group Training
Small group training consists of you, a handful of friends and the trainer. Ranging from 4-8 participants, circuit style training with a trainer to guide you through is a fun way to have a group of friends to help accountability. Still accommodating everyone's needs, this option offers less personalization.
Boot Camp Classes
This is a large based group workout. Gather with a bunch of people for a great time and a good sweat. Generally station based workouts, modifications can be made to meet any level.
Online Training
This involves the use of a training software or Google sheet template. You will receive your workouts, including demo videos if desired, either through an app or email. Your trainer will periodically check in on you and make any needed updates. This is a great option for people who travel a lot, have a home gym, or like training in a commercial gym. This option will help provide guidance and accountability, as well as allows for more flexibility with workout times and gym access.
